The cost of war is weighing on America
Your recent editorial, "Lesson of Iraq War 10 Years Later," hit the nail right on the head. It's not Social Security or Medicare or food stamps or any other service that's put this country into such horrendous debt. It's the undeclared wars we've been fighting these last 10 years. And now the safety network for the poor is being ravaged because we went looking for weapons of mass destruction, didn't find any, but stayed ten years anyway. It's disgusting. Thanks for bringing the damning statistics to the attention of your readers.
