Obamacare unsustainable, unnecessarily complex disaster in the making

There is an old saying that two things you don't want to watch are the making of sausages and laws. The ineptness of Congress is making laws is demonstrated by two major pieces of legislation, the Employee Retirement Income Security Income Act of 1974 (ERISA) and Obamacare. Over the years ERISA was constantly "improved." The net result of these is improvements has been to virtually destroy defined benefit pension plans in the private sector. So far as Obamacare is concerned, it was still born. As more and more is learned about this law, it has become clear that it is unsustainable and unnecessarily complex. Speaker Pelosi famously remarked that you have to read the law after it is passed to understand what is in it. Better our congressional representatives had read it before it was passed. But perhaps that is too much to ask of them.
